Like many four-wheel drive enthusiasts, we didn't grow up four-wheel driving, and none of our friends or family had a four-wheel drive.
We found ourselves becoming dedicated four-wheel drivers later in life. Falling in love with the freedom that only a four-wheel drive provides came quickly, as well as the immersion into the wild and beautiful chaos of the wilderness. We love learning about four-wheel driving, the vehicles, the stories, and the people; and now we're sharing it with you here!

Started with a Subaru Outback, and made his way to a 1997 40th Anniversary Toyota Land Cruiser 80 Series. Favourite 4WD trips include the Rubicon Mountains, Toolangi, and Bright. Also has an unhealthy obsession with lifted Subaru Outbacks.
MECHANIC AND CONTRIBUTOR

Started with a 2011 Jeep Wrangler JK and currently owns a 2016 Toyota Hilux. Explored most of the Victorian High Country in the Jeep Wrangler, and is now exploring Perth in the Hilux.
